On September 13th, Professor Han Chunxian led a team of professional teachers to visit the Huayi Brothers Film and Television World scenic spot to check on the internship students.
Twenty students from the college are scattered in various positions such as entertainment equipment, film academy, merchandise, catering, front desk, and human resources.
In the conference room, teachers had a cordial discussion with interns to understand their gains and difficulties encountered during the internship. On the eve of the Mid-Autumn Festival, teachers on behalf of the college presented mooncakes and drinks to the students, wishing them a happy holiday and alleviating their homesickness.
After the symposium, the teachers communicated with the head of human resources of the scenic spot on the problems and expectations reflected by the students, and discussed the feasible path of promoting employment through internship. The person in charge of the scenic spot highly praised the comprehensive quality and internship performance of the students.
Subsequently, the teachers visited each student's workplace, inspected the internship environment of the students, and communicated with the post holders and other employees about the work situation. The teachers also went into the student dormitories to understand the living environment and internship conditions of the students.
Field visits and consolation visits allowed the college to see the growth of students. After two months of training, interns have made significant progress in terms of work responsibility, interpersonal communication, and mental outlook, laying a solid foundation for entering the workforce.
